Job Responsibilities:
Site Works
◻ Construction Site Supervision and monitoring of different activities for the project.
◻ Reporting to the Site Superintendent and Division Managers.
◻ Coordinate to the consultant and attending any inspection considering of site works activities.
◻ Deploying task assignment to the other staff member under my supervision.
◻ Logistically arrangement of materials, transportation and manpower which is needed on site.
◻ Implementation of health and safety to working site.
◻ Assure and implement the work quality and correct standard to meet the work requirements and specifications.
◻ Conduct inspection and site observation on the working site.
Office Works
◻ Preparing technical requirements or any specific documents which is needed to commence the activity on the site such as Vendor Approval, Material Approval, Material Inspection, Inspection Request, RFI’s and Method Statement.
◻ Preparing work schedule and three week looks ahead program for civil works activities. (Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance and Reactive maintenance.)
◻ Reporting all progress and accomplishment report to the Division manager.
◻ Review updating as-built drawings and plans.
◻ Preparing and recorded all work orders and updating all activities data on the site.
◻ Answering all inquiry of the consultant, regards issues in the documents & works implementation on the site.
Job Responsibilities:
◻ Construction Site Supervision of paving works such as preparation of sub base, base coarse, prime coat, GC3, Tack Coat and GB asphalt binder and wearing coarse.
◻ Preparing plans and drawings for the access and routes of the paving works.
◻ Coordinate to the consultant and attending any inspection request considering of site works activities.
◻ Direct coordination to the mixing plant.
◻ Coordinate to the Quality Control Engineer for the material testing.
◻ Coordinate to the land surveyor for preparation of paving works.
◻ Reporting to the Road Pavement Manager of day to day accomplishment on the site.
◻ Estimate the materials needed on the site.
◻ Implementation of work safety on site.
Job Responsibilities:
Operation Site Supervision of all Sub contractors for the following works activities.
◻ Clearing and grabbing works.
◻ Construction of Drainage, Box Culverts, Manholes and PCCP.
◻ Construction of Underpasses.
◻ Construction of stone masonry walls, Gabions, Slope Protection and Shot Crete works.
◻ Earthworks and Paving Works such as sub base coarse, base coarse and asphalt coarse.
