• Conducts routine inspection and monitoring of scaffolding, form works and other temporary structures at the project site.
• Prepare the necessary safety plan for specific work/task.
• Prepare the lifting plan and procedure in all types of lifting work,
• Conducts pre-use inspection of tools, equipment machineries, service vehicles and immediately report defects and non-compliance.
• Inspect all kinds of personal protective equipment (PPE’S) before, during and after use to determine non-conformity.
• Inspect all kinds of fire extinguishers and other fighting equipment.
• Recommends stop work order when necessary.
• Investigate incidents and report accidents and non-conformance.
• Collect’s, updates and maintain relevant statistical data in systematic manner.
