Review design and shop drawings and material submittals of contractor with respect to client's requirements, project specifications and standards.
Actively conduct Work Inspection Requests and Material Delivery Inspection Requests.
Validation of Contractors monthly progress billing.
Coordinate and recommend solutions to contractor for any technical issues that arise at site.
Assure that all works from construction stage to final handing over of the project are in conformance with the project specifications and all applicable local/international codes and standards.
Ensure that all site activities are properly monitored and all relevant quality records such as approved shop drawings and materials submittals are established and maintained.
Maintains communications with Site Project Manager and Engineers to ensure adequate process capability and information feedback.
Establishes liaison with the Consultants Representative on quality-related matters and makes available, upon request, copies of documentation and tests performed.
Rejects and issues Non-conformance Report for work that does not comply with contract documents. Reports any work disagreement with the Site Project Manager to Senior Engineer.
Attend project hand-over to Client Representative and/or Maintenance Division.
Supervising all Operation, Maintenance and Expansion of Cable facilities (copper and fiber optic) underground and areal.
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of NEAX61E Switching System. Ensure that the switch is running in good condition through proper monitoring and conduct preventive maintenance on a timely basis.
