Preparing detailed plan and implementing SOP, for Marketing and Business Development for revenue generation.

Preparation of PERT chart, Gantt chart, Daily activities Sheet, Expense report, for each project to complete targets of each project on estimated time, also preparation of project tracker sheet for analysis of each day project report.
Costing: -
Responsible for preparation of cost reports Solar Plant, Electrical Substation, LT Panel, and other Electrical System.
Product Costing, Batch Costing and Breakeven analysis.

104kWp Tin Shed Plant at Bisleri International, Kausmi .
400kWp RCC Plant at Government Hospital in MP.
65KWP RCC Plant at Blind Relief Association School.
335kWP Tin Shed at Studd Manufacturing Plant.
Experience in complete Electrical System, Panel Boards, Switchgear, Transformer, Cables, Lighting, MV/ LV.
Testing, servicing of 11KV/33KV Electrical substation equipment’s.
Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance of Electrical substations and systems for Large Industrial, Commercial and Residential organizations, Construction sites or Establishments. Handling the Testing and Servicing of Substation.
Checking of all materials on site such as Transformer, VCB, LT panel, HT and LT Line items and Earthing Materials.
