Outline Project Manager to one of their established e-commerce clients, managing 4 of the client's websites. I was in daily contact with the client to discuss statuses of current projects as well as new high severity issues that may arise from Support and Maintenance. I administered the role of a Product owner as well a Project manager as it was my responsibility to ensure that all priorities communicated to me by the client, were successfully launched in the monthly planned sprint. Projects was done on Azure and GitHub services. Key Responsibilities
• Leading projects with life cycles between 2 weeks and 2 months using the Scrum Agile technique.
• Co-ordinate and facilitate daily stand ups, track and address impediments and issues.
• Maintain and improve the working environment to support developers, testers, and analysts with tools to obtain maximum productivity.
• Communicating and reporting to stakeholders daily to discuss current project status and new priorities.
• Managing the defect lifecycle of all internal as well as external tickets
• Communicated and liaised with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Assigned monthly sprint tasks to developers and testers and managed tasks to ensure successful monthly Sprint implementations.
• Continues Improvement of websites SEO
• Worked closely with Product Owner / and Team on Backlog Grooming, Sprint planning, Review, Backlog refinements and Retrospection and facilitated team meetings and daily stand-ups.
