Responsibilities: ❖ Managing and following up all mechanical systems related to the High rise buildings, (Towers & Stock Exchange Buildings) for the following systems:
➢ Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Systems: Chillers, AHU, Chilled Water System, fan coil units (FCU), Chilled Beams, Heat Exchangers and Exhaust Fans.
➢ Plumbing Systems: Compressed Air, Waste Water treatment, Potable Water (Hot & Cold), and Emergency Fixtures.
➢ Fire Fighting Systems: Water Based Sprinkler System.
➢ External Utilities: Potable Water, Waste Water, Irrigation, Fire Fighting, Chilled Water, and Lift Stations Systems.
❖ Following up the tie-in works (interface connection between existing & new pipes without shutdown) as the Mechanical scope project engineer.
Managing and following up all mechanical systems related to the university buildings (Centre of Marine & Oceanic Research Park & Research Park Innovation Cluster Buildings) for the following systems:
Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Systems: Chillers, Air Handling Unit (AHU), Chilled Water System (CHWS), fan coil unit (FCU), Chilled Beams, Heat Exchangers (HE), Desiccant Dehumidifying Unit (DDU), and Exhaust Fans (EF).
Fire Fighting Systems: Sprinklers, Fire Hydrant,
Plumbing Systems: Reverse Osmosis (RO)Production, Vacuum Production, Compressed Air, Waste Water treatment, Lab Waste, Potable Water (Hot & Cold), and Emergency Fixtures.
External Utilities: Potable Water, Waste Water, Irrigation, Fire Fighting, Chilled Water, and Lift Stations Systems.
Managing and following up all mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP) works).
