Currently working with BNP Paribas in Continuous Improvement, change management, process re-engineering domain.
I am Lean Six Sigma Green belt certified from KPMG India and currently working in various organisation wide projects which includes : continous improvement initiatives, capacity modeling, culture building projects.
Ensuring development in terms of new business and ensuring all engineering work is carried out in accordance with specifications, statutory requirements, laws, rules, regulations and other contractual requirements with due regards to safety, operatability, profitability and maintainability.
Duties:
•Managing projects from conception, pre-process through to completion.
•Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts/projects.
•Prepare project estimates, budget, schedules and execution plans.
•Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedules.
•Business reengineering and Project delivery change management.
•Business meetings with potential clients to ensure continuous work flows.

Providing technical support to the tendering and sales team and ensure cent percent market penetration in T&M supply domain.
Monitor engineering progress against budget and foretasted schedule.
Evaluating tenders and providing recommendations.
Producing Test plans and reports.
Schedule and plan for Demonstration & Training of Testing and measuring instruments.
Provide input to the Project Director in the definition and preparation of project procedures and guidelines.
Ensure full compliance in all the engineering activities and in their outputs.
Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects undertaken.
