JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management, Taxation, Information Technology & Software
Manage the entire accounting, financial controlling, management accounting, all Direct taxation and GST compliances, and banking function of the company including fund arrangement and disbursement; also, articulation of accounts handle all foreign inward and outward remittances, Term Loan, Working Capital Loan and Temporary Overdraft arrangement from different banks; Submission of quarterly Stock & Debtors statements to banks and Stock Audits.
Lead, manage and motivate a team of 15 professionals and spearhead the finance and administration function of the company including international accounting, internal audit, corporate audit, and leading Shared Services Team as
