Led the civil and structural design and technical coordination for two major 380 kV BSP substations developed by SEC to
enhance the power transmission network in Saudi Arabia. The projects comprised a 380 kV GIS building, two 132 kV GIS
buildings, control building, customer room building, underground basements, service cut & cover tunnels, transformer and
reactor foundations, GIB foundations, firewalls, roads, and associated infrastructure.

• Led the civil and structural engineering design for all project structures, including precast superstructures and
cast-in-situ substructures.
• Managed multidisciplinary coordination with Mechanical, Electrical, and Site teams to ensure successful integration
of all services.

• Resolved construction-stage technical queries and provided engineering support to site teams.
• Ensured compliance with SEC standards, Saudi Building Code (SBC), ACI, and relevant international design
standards.
• Supervised the preparation and review of structural calculations, design reports, drawings, and technical
submittals.

Led structural design packages for MRT underground cut & cover metro station work under the CR110 & CR111 project,
including detailed design of underground stations and above-ground buildings & entrance structures, connector cut & cover
tunnels, steel plunge columns, strut and waler systems, and seepage water tank structures.

• Developed and implemented structural design tools including torsion design sheets and punching shear design
spreadsheets based on Eurocode requirements.
