-Business requirement analysis for Grameenphone postpaid products and services
considering the overall chain (configuration, rating, billing, invoicing) of BSCS
-Product/campaign, free unit and promotion package development
-GSM resources (HLR, SIM, MSISDN, IP, CUG ILC) configuration in BSCS using RA module
-Bill cycle configuration and billing group definition for RLH
-User creation and authentication through SY module
-SOI environment readiness (Naming Service, Fed Factory, CMS, BillServ) and ensuring uptime
-Providing BSCS support (knowledge sharing, query/script development) to cross functional
teams such as Mediation, Data Warehouse, Revenue and Fraud Management, Sales and

-BSCS technical lead for Siebel CRM implementation in Grameenphone
-Roaming operator configuration and maintenance for outbound zonal pricing
