# Assist Assistant Maintenance Supervising Engineer in his day-to-day work, & repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, control valves, etc.
# Assist Shift Charge Engineer in solving any operational fault during night shift duty.
# Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and overhauling work on the prime movers & auxiliaries.
# Perform calibration of the prime mover’s fuel injection system, conduct mechanical testing of equipment.
# Responsible for understanding & doing the work assigned in accordance with set standards.
# Take proper care & housekeeping of tools & accessories after completion of the works and inform Assistant Maintenance Supervising Engineer in the event of any disorder.
# Take proper decision and respond positively & work jointly in the event of fire, accident or other disaster.
# Maintain good housekeeping and clean work area.
# Time to time work on maintenance record filing system & MP2 database.
# Assist Maintenance Planner & QA/QC Engineer to develop contingency.
# Perform tasks as assigned
#To Repair and Overhaul of Long Stroke HFO Engine (MAN B&W, SULZER)and their all parts such as Piston, Cylinder head, Liner, Fuel Pump, Fuel Pump’s Roller and Guide, Exhaust Valve Actuator and their Guide, Vibration Damper, Air Cooler Aux Air Blower and Turbochargers.
#To Repair and Overhaul of Turbine Generator, HD and LD Compressor (Atlas Copco, Crayostar), HP and LP Turbine, Maneuvering system. (Only in LNG Carrier)
#To check and work all their systems such as Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Lubricating and ALFA LAVAL system.
#To Take all types of Measurements such as Crankshaft Deflection, Main Bearing Clearance, Connecting Rod Bearing Clearance, Crosshead and their Guide Clearance, Thrust Bearing and Thrust Pad Clearance, Piston Ring Gap and Butt Clearance, Liner Calibration also All type of Winch Bearing Casing.
#To Take the Alignment of Frog Arm, Cam shaft, Propeller Shaft.
#To Repair and Overhaul of different types of valve such as Gate valve, Globe valve, Butterfly valve, Non Returning valve, Ball valve, Maneuvering valve.
#To Repair, Overhaul and Installation of different types of Pump such as Reciprocating pump, Centrifugal pump, Screw pump, Single acting pump and Hydraulic Power pack.
#To Repair, Overhaul and Installation of Hydraulic Ram, Jack, Crud oil Purifier, Lubricating oil Cooler, Heater.
#To Repair and Overhaul of Short Stroke Diesel Engine (YANMAR, BARZEN) and their all parts such as Piston, Cylinder head, Liner, Fuel Pump and Turbocharger.
