• Qualifying Leads generated by lead gen team & validating it based on their requirements
•Following up with the prospects & Escalating with sales on priority bases.
•Assigning it to the sales person to follow it for further levels of activity.
•Preparing collaterals to the team for doing mail blasting activity to generate more number of leads.
•Following the leads with the sales till it gets converted as an order.
•Conducting review meetings to know their difficulties in lead generation

• To interact with Prospects and understand their nature of business and provide them the Ramco OnDemand ERP, explain its features to them.
• Responsible for lead generation, initiating contact with potential clients, identifying and qualifying opportunity and demonstrating Ramco OnDemand ERP, consulting and technology capabilities in order to meet their Organizational needs.
• Successfully manage a high volume of outbound/inbound sales calls. Meet potential clients on a 'need bases and be able to effectively promote Company's value proposition. Maintain a proactive sales contact, continuous follow-up, with all assigned accounts.
• Provide sales presentations in-person as well as via telephone conversations and website management with customers and prospects. Maintain, manage and control multiple opportunities with customers and prospects.
• Generating lead sources which will develop and expand our customer base.
• Mainly focused on sales and promotional activity for ERP on Demand solution for business into various verticals of SMB segment.
• Identifying the potential corporate client, analyzing the various requirements in terms of accessibility, services required by the corporate, maintaining the database as per the corporate profiles.
• Organizing events/campaigns for promoting the product among corporate.
• Avail the internet resources in order to identify the potential companies of various industries and as per their presence in the particular segment and probable requirements customize the approach in selling the product.
