o Managing all the production departments; including: injection molding, printing, assembly, pre and final packaging of the medical products

o Initiate and implement cost saving projects in coordination with other departments managers
o Accurately studying the different product cost and initiate the right pricing strategy in coordination with finance and sales managers.
o SCADA system implementation to accurately control the production process for better cost allocation through linking the new system with the existing ERP
Full responsibility of the quality and EHS in ALUPCO two manufacturing plants in Dammam and Jeddah
o Overall responsibility of all company certification: ISO 9001; Qualicoat; Qualanod; Qualideco; SASO; civil defense and environment certificate for both Dammam and Jeddah plant
o Plan, direct, and coordinate the company operations to achieve the required quality level that meets or exceeds the customer requirements and service expectations
o Develops and implements quality managements systems, processes, and procedures that improve business operations in accordance with ISO 9001
o Develops and implements quality managements systems, processes, and procedures that improve business operations in accordance with Qualicoat; Qualanod, Qualideco; and SASO standards and certification
o Insuring the implementation of right corrective and preventive measures for internal or external defects
o Continuous monitoring and review for the improvement plan using A3 methodology
o Manage all the safety improvement projects and plans
o Ensure compliance to company and legislative requirements regarding safety and occupational hygiene and hazards
Propose and develop new safety procedures that ensures safety improvement through the effective implementation
o Train the plant staff on all aspects of safety and 5S standards and ensure the implementation of the system
o Make sure of company compliance with the environmental requirement and maintain the environment certification
o Administer the health program of all employees in coordination with the administration department
o Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives and delivery reliability.
o Achieve production targets with a primary focus on efficiency parameters without compromising quality standards.
o Analyze delivery and inventory issues and provide solutions and generate improvements.
o Participate actively in standardization and cost reduction.
o Organize and directing workflow for satisfying production requirement in a cost-efficient manner.

o Control all the Quality Assurance measures of all end products to ensure following correct Quality Control systems in the production lines.
o Ensure that all production processes are passed on proper QA systems.
o Certification on both systems as well training of MODAL staff on both systems.
o Arrange for certification of my company systems with Lloyds certification body.
o Managing all three stores: raw materials; spare parts and finished goods in the company.
o Control over all stores and inventory procedure in the company
o Remove all the dead items and replace with fast moving items to increase turn over and profitability.
o Manage the packing department.
o Introducing bar-coding.
