Management of Health, Safety & Environment in all premises in overall Pakistan including 11 working Super Markets, 20 plus Warehouses, Mills, and upcoming Super Market Projects.
To look after all HSE related issues, compliance, inspection and audit
Currently working as Head of HSE, Trainings & Audits in "Thatta Cement Company Limited" and HSE Advisor in “Thatta Power (Pvt.) Ltd.” (Natural Gas based thermal generation facility for the total installed capacity of 45.984 MW, 09 sub-stations)
HSE Implementation Consultancy has been conducted by me as a Resident HSE (IMS) Project Consultant. I joined this project in August 2013, during seven months consultancy project tenure; I established complete HSE system in TCCL and then joined TCCL as Joint Manager HSE, Trainings & Audits.

iii. TNA, Trainings Plan, OD and Role as a Trainer.

v. Coordination & Communication with External institutions (EPA, Labour Department, Civil Defence, Health Department, SSGC, Insurance Companies)

After completion of documentation, Initially divided the HSE department into 3 sections,
1) - Health: Injuries & illness prevention program (IIPP) section,
2) - Safety: Fire Prevention Section,
3) - Environment: Environmental and Housekeeping section,
I established HSE Department and other task achieved are as follow:
• Complete organization of HSE Department in IIPP, Fire Safety, Housekeeping & Environmental sections, I personally designed all Job descriptions of HSE Staff.
• IIPP (Injury & Illness Prevention Program),
• Worked on Program For Industrial Sustainable Development (PISD-II) by NEC.
• Safety protocols & access codes for OSHA classified Inflammables & Combustibles,
• First Aid Program and nomination of departmental First Aiders,
• Fire Safety Trainings and Floor Evacuation Drills as per Floor Emergency Plan.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Eye wash, Safety mirrors & Safety shower.
• Fire Safety Equipment Installations like, Fire Alarms, Smoke detectors,
• Complete fire safety plan including Fire Extinguishers and Hydrants with respect to the anticipated hazard occupancy,
• Developed Electric panels and forklift safety plans after attending workshop on Electrical Safety Requirements for Workplaces to Avoid Fire Hazards.,
• Floor Emergency plan, Emergency directives, RACE & PASS procedure practices.

• Industrial Hygiene and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) including termite control, fumigations, General Spray, Thermal Fogging, Cold Fogging, Gel Treatment, Rodent Control, Bait Stations / Glue Station / Mechanical Traps and HSE Compliance etc.
• Segregation of Lab Chemicals as per reactivity and sensitivity.
• Maintaining SOPs, MSDS, MOMs, Training records, CAPA and IIPP Documents etc.
• Internal Safety meetings with Engineering Department, Department Safety Coordinators, Designated Fire men, Head of Labors Union, Management representative, HR, MD & Director Plant Operations,
• Meetings with Fire Safety Companies, Fumigation Companies, Chemical Suppliers etc.
• Attended Health and Safety Workshops and Seminars of KATI (Korangi Association of Trade & Industries), Labor Department, Govt. of Pakistan and Federal Civil Defence,
• Implemented the safety codes of Checklists of KATI, Drug Regulatory Authority, EPA and Labor department checklists, also intended to meet the regulations of FACTORIES ACT 1934, SIND FACTORIES RULES 1975 and Environmental Protection Agency Sindh.
• Arranged in house safety awareness trainings of Civil Defence, and SGS certified trainers, Designed annual trainings schedule of in-house, Civil Defence and NILAT trainings.
• Updating managers with HSE policies by provision of Standard Safety Literature, Safety advisory tips, continual improvements, Presentations, Safety videos etc.
• Worked with HR and Maintenance depart, for confidential and Hazardous waste management and pretreatment of waste disposal, Also worked to meet EPA requirements,
• Recordkeeping of up to date status of Hydrants, Fire Extinguishers, Water Reservoirs, First Aid Boxes, PPE and Special protective equipment like Safety showers, Eye wash portable basins, Safety mirrors, Fire Blankets, Respirators, Helmets, Trainings, Orientations etc.
• Attended Internal Audits, Customer Audits and audit by TFDA.
INDUSTRIAL TRAINING in (ISO Certified Co) MAL Pakistan Ltd, Formerly known as “Mobil Askari Lubricants Ltd”. Learning areas include Warehouse inventory management, Utility area, Lube Oil Blending Plant (LOBP/ILB), Fluid Engineering and Mechanics, QC testing, QA documentation and Internal Audits for Quality as per defined procedures, Overall Plant Reconciliation of base oil.
