After completing the two-month training period, I worked on STC's CRM website to work on directing the teams in charge of maintenance work for the communication towers and updating their work every hour on the company's system.

After completing my training period, the company determined maintenance work for 75 iPhone devices within 3 months, and during this period it achieved 105 successful maintenance reports.

The first task is to protect the company and the company’s employees with the knowledge of the state’s public health and the consequences thereof from the completion of all government operations, beginning with the extraction and renewal of records to the registration in electronic services as Tm and Moqem.
