Working on ARAMCO downstream Projects. Responsible for preparation and development documents & drawings 2D & 3D pertaining to piping. Such as:
• Piping Routing.
• Generate Isometrics.
• Model Column.
• Model Pumps.
• Generate Piping Plans.
• Model Piping Cladded Spools.
• Generate Material Take off.
• Generate Hydrostatic test diagram.
• Study/Prepare/Revise Remote Headers.
• Prepare/Revise DWG like (FPP, PPL, ISO, Hydrostatic & Nitrogen Purging Diagrams) FOR (WELLS, REMOTE HEADERS).
• Prepare/Revise Tie in Schedule.
Projects Experience in this Position:
• Project - OMPP ( Onshore Maintain potential Projects), Aramco. Working with Miscellaneous team
Scope - Gas/oil wells site piping, OPTF
piping, Tie-in to the remote header, Developing (FPP, PPL, ISO, Hydrostatic, Nitrogen Purging Diagrams & Tie-in Schedules) for wells, Remote Headers, GGMs & Plants.
• Prepare/Revise LUPs.
• Study/Prepare/Revise Remote Headers.
• Prepare/Revise OPTF by SP3D.
• Prepare/Revise MTO.
• Prepare/Revise DWG like (FPP, PPL, ISO, PRF, Hydrostatic & Nitrogen Purging Diagrams) FOR (Wells, Remote Headers, Pipelines).
• Prepare/Revise Tie in Schedule.
• Prepare/Revise Pipeline Routing.
Projects Experience in this Position:
• Project - Southern Area (HRDH-HWYH )BI-10-(01996, 02029) Aramco.
Scope - IFC (Issued For Construction).
Developing OPTFs, & Adjust Supports by using SP3D & developTie in Schedules.
• Project - Southern Area, (SDGM-UTMN) BI-10-(01989, 02067), Aramco.
Scope - DBSP & LUP (Design Basis Scoping Paper) & (Land Use Permit).
Study/Prepare/Revise Remote Headers, Prepare/Revise Pipeline Routing and Prepare/Revise LUPs.
