Job Description
· Setup and implementation of policies and procedures related to the
Administration Department’s day-to-day activities.
· Coordinate and implement staff management and staff policy including recruitment, appraisal and promotions, and training.
· Oversee the initiation, preparation, and monitoring of total operations budget and financial affairs in accordance with the priorities including annual budget presentation and follow up, coordination with the Managing Director, monitoring of expenditures, tendering and contract issues.
· Manage training Qatari staff as replacements in leadership positions.
· Maintain extensive contact with internal customers and QF Departments, Academy Institutions and Centers.
· Review and develop administrative procedures to ensure that internal customers receive high quality administrative service.
· Review and revise working practices in accordance with: the requirements of internal and external audit assessments and best practices.
· Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) for all administrative processes.
· Ensure forward-looking information and communication management
· Identification of opportunities and ways of converting business processes into web-based systems address the issues of efficiency and full accountability.
· Oversight of daily, monthly, and annual management reporting of Academy and Orchestra
· Oversee the procurement and quality control of supplies to the Academy and Orchestra
· Oversee the effective and accurate financial resources management and reporting
· Advocate the use of best practices in Administrative Services and Operations
· Assess, evaluate, and research customer service complaints, concerns or issues and recommending responsive and timely solutions.
