Manage client relationship through regular formal and informal interaction, dealing with and resolving issues quickly without compromising the expected profitability of the project . - Manage and implement SACC systems to ensure that processes are followed . - Staff training on SACC Quality Control System to ensure concepts are understood, followed and consistent service is delivered by means of toolbox talks and post training. - Maintaining a clean and safe work environment adhering to food safety and hygiene standards . - Managing food storing areas, and maintaining par stocks of food and beverage products . - Insure food items are stored correctly and rotated in proper manner . - Controlling food and beverage cost according to the budget . - Maintains adequate staffing levels and rosters in accordance with the labor budget . - Managing execution of VIP and ordinary functions to maximize customers satisfaction. - Menu formation for day to day operation and various functions . - Menu engineering and evaluation .
