Checking and approving the income raw materials. Keep eyes on chemicals and update the stock. Approved productions orders.

Microbiology Technician

Supervise the transportation of workers to and fro office - accommodation. Approx. 7 buses and small cars 6. Complete management.
Arranging transportation for visitors and employees coming to and going out of Kingdom and internal as well.
Chamber of commerce stamping arrangement.
Arranging food to company employees on time (breakfast, lunch and dinner) to the worksite. Also manage food arrangement for visiting guests to the company very frequently.
Taking care of water and electricity problems in the company plants (6) and the two employees’ camp accommodation and warehouses.
Complete in-charge for two employee CAMP approximately 500 employees
Personnel Officer
GOSI: Addition and Deletion of employees to the GOSI List. Handling work injury matters of employees working in the plants. Coordinate with hospital for their treatment and compensation.
Update the employee information to Labor Dept. (addition, deletion, and modification of Saudi Employees)
Preparing of MBCR (Budget for new employees) in coordination with HR manager and Finance Dept.
Preparing of Employment Offers and Contracts for new employees.
Issuing various Company Letters for employees (Bank Letters, Certificates, Warning Letters, Letter of End of Service for Saudis etc. (for Labor Office)
Issuing Visit Visa and coordinate with the respective Embassy or Consulate. Authorized Person for completing Govt. procedure to this effect.
Verification of Time Attendance of all employees.
Direct all new employees to different department for assignment with Orientation Training.
Recruitment coordination
Receiving the manpower budget from different depts.
Make necessary advertisement in Newspapers and other networks like Bayt.com etc.
Evaluate the CV and put forward the selected one to the concerned dept. for interview.
Prepare offer for the selected people.
Process visa for the candidate for outside Kingdom.
Coordinate with Labor office for Saudization.
