industrial projects through the application of delay analysis methodologies, assessment of entitlement, and evaluation of the
impact of delay events on project completion.

reports, as well as arbitration-related submissions.

• Supervised civil construction activities for high-voltage substation projects while ensuring compliance with Saudi Electricity
Company requirements, approved specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Managed Requests for Information and technical inquiries while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project
stakeholders to resolve site-related engineering issues.
• Monitored project progress against approved schedules and prepared periodic reports highlighting progress status, project
challenges, and corrective action plans.
• Reviewed shop drawings, technical documents, and engineering submissions to ensure accurate implementation and
compliance with project requirements.
• Performed quantity take-offs, material tracking, site inspections, and quality control activities to ensure compliance with
technical and engineering standards.
