• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

• Currently working on controlling & planning the schedule activities for the Saudi National Atomic Energy
Project.
• Develop a comprehensive systematic approach for managing the requirements & deliverables for the bid
invitation specification.
• Work on the evaluation of Project schedules received from the bidders.
• Maintain and control schedule from design concept through to project completion.
• Provide more detailed schedule reporting daily or weekly updates, as required.
• Working on estimating the O&M cost after the completion of the project.
• Defining the roles needed in the nuclear plant along with calculating the FTE.
• Support project requirements/ deliverables management for bid evaluations.

• Member of the Tawahoj initiative team, which was formed by HRH Prince Abdulaziz Bin Salman Al
Saud, Minister of Energy, which aims to improve the work environment and to develop policies and
procedures related to human resources and the OD.
• Work with the performance team members in developing performance management processes that includes
phases through the year such as Performance Planning, Review, Evaluation, Endorsement, Development.
With preparing all documents needed for each phase.
• Preparing and developing the policies and procedures related to the performance appraisal, and ensure that
they follow the best practice applied locally and globally, in order to align with the companys strategy.
• Design a Dashboard that contains HR KPIs with a team composed of IT & Strategy.

Prepare work method statement along with execution for various jobs. To organize kick-off meeting internally & make minutes of meeting. To identify the critical path & risks of the projects and advise the project team accordingly. Preparation of Pre-shutdown project monitoring schedules for scaffolding erection, equipment inspection/ mobilization. Follow up material list before the execution of job. Report to the management the status of project progress against the plan schedule and provide corrective actions/Delay reasons.

Assisted the planners in evaluating and processing the approved notification using (SAP) System. Worked on
determining requirements for resources such as manpower, skills, estimated man hours, material, spares and special support devices such as cranes, forklifts. Worked at the warehouse and performed different transactions for warehouse activities such as MDG, Loan materials, and reviewing the purchase request (PR) coming from the end user. Participated with the Inbound Logistics staff in performing their daily activities such as the Request for Quotation (RFQ), and tracking the transportation & delivery of goods coming into a Tasnee.
