Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of inventive and cost-effective procurement
strategies. Oversee overall procurement life cycle of securing raw materials, services, spare parts and
consumables, projects and contracts, logistics inbound/outbound and customs to meet production demand
for different pipe industry plants and fabrication, including fibreglass, ductile pipe, epoxy pipe, rubber and
plastic, infrastructure engineering and contracts. Contribute to reviewing, approving and authorising a
variety of documentation, including purchase requisition and order, analysing bids and quotes, vendor
selections, shipping documents, material receiving reports, invoices and payments.

purchasing, negotiation, and risk assessment. Delivered expert advice and guidance to leadership on
budgeting, forecasting, material planning, and managing raw materials inventory.
● Negotiated and developed complex techno-commercial contracts while working collaboratively
with contractors and suppliers within and outside Saudi Arabia.

per Royal commission regulations before issuing permit licenses. Reviewed documents and provided direction, support, and critical judgement on environmental compliance issues.
