tools in the factorys laboratory
• Attained better understanding of the importance of communication
and teamwork in the workforce

• Trained on developing leadership and followership skills through
specific training programs which included being put under pressure to
complete specific tasks.
• Travelled to Sandhurst Military Academy with Inspirational
Development Group (IDG) in the last part of the program
• Chosen to give a speech in the graduation ceremony with the
attendance of the Board members of RAWAJ, and IDG and to high
ranked Military British Commanders.
