- Handling all external hiring for (CTO sectors, CEO office & PMOs & Financial Markets, and Legal & Corporate Affairs departments)
- Assist in establishing new branch globally (Oman) with serval HR activities, such as recruitment & headhunting & onboarding procudure, handling communication with CBO (Central Bank Of Oman).
- Hiring for all positions in manpower planning
- Leading team & managing all clients hiring inquiries.
- Weekly update meetings and reports for Chief levels.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
- Work with hiring manager(s) and appropriate stakeholders to determine final decisions on candidate hiring; make recommendations on appropriate hire(s).
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Supervise preparation for employee contracts and job offers.
- Oversee the hiring of key offshore positions, and office based position ( on-shore )
- Maintain relationship with industry employment agencies.
- Screen, interview, and occasionally test applicants.
- Maintain relationships with industry specific journals and organizations for the purpose of recruiting, conducting external and internal meetings and visits.
- Ensure reference checks in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Plan and execute the recruitment plans for all levels.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and network through industry contacts, social networks and employee.
- Work with HR Generalist, Policies & Planning and Department/Division Managers to plan for recruitment workshops and meet hiring targets.
- Conduct regular follow-up to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Create, Lead, and coordinate the recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Locate and document where to find ideal candidates; attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition, manage the use of recruiters and head-hunters.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Maintain and track manpower requisitions and candidates within the online recruitment solution.
- Handled the full Recruitment Cycle, initiating it by posting a job, technical screening and shortlisting resumes, conducting interviews, extending offers, and introducing candidates to the team.
-Hire and transfer manpower for Land 3D crews and Land 2D Vibroseis seismic crew, which combined have acquired over 50, 000 square of seismic data in Saudi Arabia alone.
-Managing Saudi Arabia (Aramco) projects and United Arab Emirates (Adnoc) projects in talent acquisition & Hiring, Mobilizing, transfer manpower across different projects & Head Office.
- Discuss actual qualifications, capabilities required for the projects for the Right candidates.
- Search potential candidates according to the qualifications and capabilities of Project Candidates.
-Worked on Demobalizaiton projects plan
- Writing & analyzing Organization Job Descriptions.
- Follow up with the on-boarding process. (Medical Test, Background investigation, Visa submission etc.)

-Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials through SuccessFactor.

• Working with the recruitment team on maintaining talent pipelines across disciplines to meet ongoing and future staffing needs.
• Assisting recruiters with creating requisitions, posting and advertising online posts, reviewing applications and contributing to the delivery of recruitment campaigns

-Attend a weekly meeting with the owners, to discuss the development or addition of the products.

-Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
