Develop and Support the administration and coordinate PTW system for on and onshore operations for the period of Construction, Pre-commissioning, Plant shutdown, Commissioning, and start-up and steady-state operation phases to ensure the effective coordination of PTW activities. Ability to develop and coach personnel using experience of PTW system. Attend all the PTW and SIMOPS meeting. Liaising with performing authorities to ensure correct work permit is generated and identify the need for any supporting documents. Participated in generating and forwarding daily PTW reports to the clients. Participate to update work permits in the Data base. Ensure that work area is not overcrowded with permits particularly hot work permits. Check to ensure isolation and associated boundaries and that hazard control measures of the permits are maintained during work execution. Review documentations (Permits, Certificates, and JHA, Tool's box form attendance, Checklist, SHOC and Procedures) to ensure that hazard, their controls and mitigations are identified. Provide support to the department on the implementation of companywide HSE initiatives e.g. ISO9001, OHSAS 18001 etc. Ensure all worksites are HSE compliance with company policies and safety standard. Ensure all the personnel on-site receive HSE site induction. Participate in the site inspections, Audits, Recommendations and follow up reports. Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
