• Act as an interface between technology teams, support teams, and business units
• Communicate with external clients and internal teams to deliver GUI, interface and screen designs
• Ensure that the recommended solution is both commercial and competitive
• Ensure business requirements are translated into specific systems requirements
• Understand both technical designs and specifications
• Analyze and document required data and information
• Evaluate information harvested through surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description

• Investigate & resolve clients problem channelled via helpdesk.
• Liaise with clients as required clarifying issues or problems.
• Provide support for new/changed systems implementation.
• Establish processes for the effective management of incidents or issues
