Supply Chain Operations
 Collaborate with the manufacturing & production department to plan SCM activities, estimate production requirements
based on demand forecasts and existing sales pipeline.
 Maintain records of production completed for customer orders round the year, prepare the transportation schedule and
work with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries to various local and international destinations / customer
locations.
 Verify completion of documents, meet international trade and customs requirements in case of overseas transport and
track shipments to confirm safe deliveries to finalized customer locations.
 Liaise with freight forwarding agencies / agents to negotiate annual contracts, transportation and shipment / cargo
holding & handling charges and discuss packing arrangements to meet customer requirements.
 Secure insurance cover proportionate to the value of goods shipped, scrutinize documents and ensure comprehensive
statutory compliance with international trade regulations and country-wise import-export norms.
Financial & Accounting
 Conduct financial analysis to determine present and future performance.
 Perform detailed financial analysis including advanced financial modeling, profitability analysis, return on
investment/discounted cash flow analysis, monitoring business issues and impact to bottom line.
 Evaluate previous budgets, expenditures, and operational efficiency together with results of overall financial analysis in
order to develop and implement future budgets.
 Communicate results and presents business recommendations to upper and executive-level management to include cost
reduction measures, revenue generation ideas, and ways to streamline operations or increase customer satisfaction.
Customer Service
 Gather inputs from sales teams to understand customer requirements and communicate engineering / technical
specifications for specific customer orders to the production department.
 Coordinate with internal departments and teams to implement operational plans, monitor performance and submit
reports to the senior management for review.
 Receive and respond to customer service account inquiries on account balances, transaction details, statements and fees
and charges.
