Develop, Review and Update HSE Procedures as per the requirements.
Develops emergency management plans, train employees, facilitate in organizing emergency drills and ensure fire detection / protection system installed are maintained as per company and legal HSE requirements.
Ensure the Legal and HSE requirements are met and in compliance with the Company’s HSE standards, policies, procedures and requirements.
Monitor implementation of corporate standards & HSE management systems in the group company facilities.
Organize HSE inspection / Risk prevention audits at group company facilities and advice corrective action for the existing HSE risks present in the work environment.
To study, prepare Risk assessments / environment impact assessments for the company business activities and suggest suitable advice to reduce the existing risk levels.
Evaluate hazardous conditions and recommends engineering controls, administrative controls, and/or personal protective equipment.
Identify, define, record and resolve matters pertaining to HSE problems.
Conduct HSE trainings as per HSE training plan and project requirements
Collect, analyze and maintain essential data for effective HSE management program.
To coordinate HSE inspection activities with clients / third party in accordance with SPPC corporate standards.
Organize and participate in facility level HSE Meeting and ensure correction actions are implemented for HSE deviations.
To check and ensure that all necessary tests and inspections as required for the plant and equipment’s as per statutory regulations are carried out and appropriate records are updated.
Participate, lead and facilitate engineering / HSE studies.
Participate in investigation of incidents / accidents, Near-miss incidents and required reports and monitor corrective / preventive measures implementation.
To verify implementation of corrective & preventive actions against the nonconformities and reporting results to HSE & risk prevention Manager & concerned general managers, if necessary
Liaise with Company HSE &risk prevention manager for all aspects of HSE Management.
Using excellent skills, establish and maintains harmonious relationships with other employees of company.

Projects Undertaken
Erection and Commissioning of 40m3 /hr Waste Water Treatment plant, Coca-Cola Export Corporation, Raiwind Road, Lahore, Pakistan
(June 2011- September 2011).
Plant operation of 40m3/hr Waste Water Treatment Plant, Coca-Cola export Corporation, Pakistan. (October 2011-Present).
Erection and Commissioning of 5m3/hr RO plant, Coca-Cola export corporation, Pakistan (April 2014-May 2014).
Optimization of 40m3/hr Effluent Treatment plant, AkzoNobel Pakistan (January 2013-March 2013).
Plant operation of 40m3/hr Effluent Treatment plant, AkzoNobel Pakistan (January 2013-Present).
Optimization of 14m3/hr Waste Water Treatment plant of J & P Coats (March 2014-May 2014).
Roles and Responsibilities
I would combine the roles and responsibilities together as all of them are the same.
• Provide training, supervision, mentoring and guidance to the SAFETY group leader, and the rest of his team.
• Assuring compliance with Project Standards & HSE guidelines.
• To ensure compliance with required environmental standards, procedures, policies, work plans, priorities, and internal and external audits; including QHSE norms and systems.
• Carrying out internal audits of ECO’s mother organization Global Environmental Lab, Lahore (GEL).
• Make sure wastes are properly segregated at the source and ensure record keeping and documentation for internal and external audit purposes.
• Ensure compliance with company and client procedures, policies, work plans and priorities, including QHSE
management system.
• Make certain that company’s HSE rules and regulations are met during the operation of WWTP.
• To report hazards, accident or incident happening around.
• Tool box talks on daily basis. (TBT Talks)
• To make sure all the activities during operation and optimization are carried out with proper use of PPE’s.
• Maintain project documentation in a central repository and make information available to project stakeholders.
• Obtain and process status data and maintain an updated plan.
• Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines.
• Ensure the overall coordination of the work of a project.
• Ensure implementation of LO/TO procedures.
• Responsible for updating daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, and communicating with client.
• Discuss HSE issues with the client on weekly basis and maintain coordination.
Risk Assessment Reports
I was also responsible to combine/compile all Risk Assessment Reports for the following;
Diesel storage facility at AkzoNobel Pakistan. ( February 2013)
Alternative solvent storage facility of Packages Private Limited Pakistan. (July 2014)
Achievements:
• Served as a HSE key person during shut down of Coca Cola Export Corporation plant in 2013 and 2014.
• Served as a HSE responsible person during shut down of AkzoNobel Pakistan Paints plant in 2013 and 2014.
• Assisted in the preparation of OHSAS 18001 Audit of The Coca Cola export Corporation, Pakistan in 2013 and 2014.
> To understand the whole process of production.
> To assist the production manager.
> Efficiently reporting to the management about the needs and requirements for development in the product manufacturing.
>Promoting methods of improvement and quality assurance throughout the organization.
> Ensuring product manufacturing with required legislation and standards.
>Investigating the product modifications and evaluating, and executing the procedures properly.
>Supervising technical team’s work.
>Preparing product related statistical reports and submitting it to the management from time to time.
> Determining the training requirements and fulfilling it.
> Ensuring the application of healthy and safe work environment.
> Efficiently reporting the progress and requirements to the management.
> Managing the workers schedules and timings and requirements.
I have done Chemical Engineering with 70% .
