Responsibilities
1. Assist in the development of cost parameters and budgets for purchases
2. Maintain good working relationships with vendors and suppliers
3. Assist in negotiations of best deals and highly recommend supplier contracts
4. Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times and potentiat future development
5. Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed
6. Prepare minutes for meetings for contracts supplies.
7. Develop and maintain detailed database for all vendors.
8. Carry out periodic update of inventory using spreadsheets and presentations
9. Any other tasks that may be assigned for solutions.
