As Assistant Manager HR, I am responsible to provide quality services and meet client’s expectations/standards as per agreed terms with the support of Consultants/Executives under my supervision.
Manpower planning and budgeting as per company requirements and business goals.
Reviewing contracts, negotiating, establishing standards and processes as per scope of services.
Propose solutions to the problems and escalations from clients.
Coordinated and ensured development, implementation and revision of HR policies throughout the system liaising with the business heads.
Maintain healthy business relation with the client to increase business by face to face meetings on weekly and monthly basis, and by providing quality services and meeting expectations & standards set in contracts.
Organization's workforce planning, assessing their performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement and recognizing high-performing employees on the recruitment team.
Assign tasks, follow up and evaluate team member’s performance.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports and analysis to be shared with Management.
Manage the recruitment and selection process; make recommendations for streamlining hiring processes.
To manage day to day HR operations from on-boarding to de-boarding, payroll administration leaves management etc.
To ensure, policies and client’s requests are compliant to UAE Laws
Events planning and organization for internal staff and clients.
PROJECTS:
Designing, planning and successful implementation of ERP based HRMS (HCM by Focus) to be linked with accounting software in order to avoid discrepancies.
Introduced new revenue generation models and services other than conventional to accommodate client’s requirements and to achieve organization goals.
Restructuring of compensation and benefits for a client, using quantitative analysis to determine business needs through market research.
Client’s feedback survey for improved and better services.
To provide staffing services, Visa, boarding & logging services and data management across the group.
To provide constructive feedback that helps making recruitment decisions.
Preparing job offers as per decided salary, terms & conditions & designation.
Gathering documents to apply work permit & visa.
Travelling, accommodation & transport arrangements.
Arrangements for medical, emirates ID, MOL contract & residence visa.
Managing & updating employee database and personnel files.
Processing cash advance requests, leave applications, and other requests i.e. salary certificate, salary transfer letter, employment certificate & experience certificate.
Calculation of duty hours worked, OT, travel time for the purpose of salary.
Renewal of Health Authority licenses, MOL contracts, cancellation of contracts & visa.
Payroll administration, fuel reimbursement, and vouchers for allowances.
Time & Leave management, attendance reporting, penalty reports through Time Information System.
Maintaining & updating employee files, keeping employee database updated through Time Information System.
Attracting pool of candidates for vacant positions, short listing of candidates, conducting and coordinating interviews.
Induction process of new hires.
Handling issues related to contractual staff, payments against contracts, renewal of contracts.
Providing timesheets leave status and handling employee issues on daily basis.
Supporting manager/supervisor in different projects and special assignments.
Headhunting for critical and senior level positions.
Actively participated in several job fairs in order to meet organization’s future HR requirements.
Responsible for screening candidates to ensure that their qualifications meet open positions.
Conduct skills testing, office interviews, reference checks and background investigations.
Present job opportunities to qualified candidates.
Maintain excellent documentation with the company’s on-line system.
Organized training sessions as per the need identified by the managers/supervisors.
Conducted post training evaluations of the training sessions.
Revised and reviewed policies for the purpose of ISO audit.
Aligned training policy with processes which were not being realized.
Conducted the process of externalization (converting tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge) by reviewing training session videos and preparing notes.
