Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible Sales Advisor team • Maintaining and increasing the sales for the private labels • Developing sales strategies and setting targets • Reaching the targets and goals set for my area • Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales • Managing and motivating my team to increase the sales and ensure efficiency • Managing stock inventory and making key decisions about stock control • Keeping up to date with products and competitors • Dealing with staff issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews • Nursing standards for quality, customer service, health and safety • Organizing special promotions, displays and events • Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market • Providing and organizing training for store staff • Dealing with expansion team for new locations • Completely responsible for new openings from operations till opening day • Reporting to Sales manager and Regional manager on weekly basis
