• Guiding internal support functions and devising operational flows in the areas of Underwriting, Policy issuance, MI reports generation, Premium reconciliation, Claims processes and Complaints handling.
• Strong coordination and communication with all departments to provide good quality and efficient services to Bancassurance partners.

• Designing and ensuring distribution of sales aids i.e. sales scripts, process flows and training presentations for partners’ sales staff and training programs for partner banks sales staff certification.
• Help devising sales incentive and convention programs for partner’s banks staff.
• Preparation of numerous business and investigation reports for the management and partner banks.
• Day to day operations and functioning of strategic alliances, resolving problems and maintaining excellent relationships with them.
• Manage payments from banks & monthly commission payments.
• Recruitment of operations and sales staff and coaching about product features, operational aspects, customer servicing and company policies.
• Direct sales and helping sales staff to close sales from the branches of partner’s bank.
