Act as CRM system /technology expert by perform research related to CRM technologies and systems, with specific focus on vendors and solutions that are implemented by orange Egypt.
•Work closely with mobile and fixed business teams as business analyst to address requirements in line with available CRM systems and propose feasible solutions to business needs.
•Responsible of delivery of CRM projects in line with the best practices in the CRM and project management industries.
•Act as functional owner for relevant systems owned by the CRM solution team, with full responsibility of roadmap delivery, upgrades when necessary and relations with vendors to accommodate for further development.
•Perform all activities related to project management, within the guidelines of best practices in CRM and project management industries.
•Assume responsibility for the management and delivery of medium and large scale projects handling efficiently multiple internal and external stockholders.
•Perform where relevant, in the technical acceptance process of delivered solutions or developments performed by technology vendors or outsourced development partner

•Map customer requirements to Microsoft dynamics CRM.
•Develop and support .NET solutions.
•Build the Microsoft dynamics CRM forms, screens, views preparation of training manuals for users.
•Maintain the systems once they are up and running.
•Work closely with business analyst to identify client needs and proposing necessary solutions
•Monitor and report all technical support.
•Monitor and report application development.
