 Prepare the Gas Theft Claims for Customers, and update/maintain the record of such customers.

 Prepare Monthly Presentations for the Management of Regions, Zones & Subzones of Gas losses and related Gas Sale Issues.
 Coordinate Region-wise, Zone, and sub-zone to analyze and prepare the Monthly, Weekly, and daily Statistic Reports of Gas Sales (UFG) for Senior Management.
 Resolve the queries of Provisional Customers, Unbilled Customers, Bill segment Error Customers, and Nil and Minimum Customers Survey Reports.
 Co-ordinate Services Department to arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
