Direct Reporting to Deputy General Manager
-Data Entry on SAP.
-Level 1 Troubleshooting of Network Infrastructure, providing end user support.
-Monitoring various activities ( up-gradation, new installation ) in Data Center.
-Assisting IT team in taking demo of various equipment to be procured from vendors.
-Assisting Network Support team in day-to-day issues.
-Perform all other relevant IT related tasks as instructed by Senior Manager and Head of Department.
Direct reporting to Senior Engineer
-Assisting Support teams on PAT ( Primary Acceptance Test) on the installation of new communication equipment/ infrastructure.
-Providing support to teams on providing backup to disconnected infrastructure due to power failures.
-Checking alarms, power status on Optical Network Units ( ONUs).
-Gaining overall exposure of telecom infrastructure.
Direct reporting to Manager IT (Operations/HelpDesk/Telecom)
-Assisting Help desk team in rectification of day-to-day IT related issues ( network and hardware).
-Configuration of VoIP handsets.
-Assisting end users in rectifying basic issues, by providing them basic training.
-Maintaining IT Inventory, updating records.
-Research and Analysis of best available open-source Inventory Management Software.
-Making Help Desk Policies.
-Updating Vendor Contracts in the database..
-Updating network diagrams.
-Supervision of multiple activities in Data Center.
