- Review and oversees Almutlaq's accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and monthly/ yearly closing and opening of new period.
- Review all general ledger entries, verify accuracy and compliance with the established rules and accounting principles, and ensure that all entries are supported with valid documentation.
- Prepare accounting transaction adjustments.
- Ensure the monitoring and recording of disposal or transfer of assets from Almutlaq Functions.
- Review fixed assets transactions including additions, retirements, valuation and depreciation, and maintains updated fixed assets master record.
- Monitor and track receivables accounting activities including customers' accounts, invoices, refund and transaction entries.
- Review the payroll payment processing to Almutlaq personnel in coordination with HR function.
- Monitor the status of pending critical payments and carries outs the required action to reduce delays affecting operations.
- Facilitate the quarter/annual audit activities with internal and external auditors by coordinating provision of information required, clarifications needed, etc. to ensure that year-end audit package is accurate and complete.
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met, and ensure accurate and timely (monthly, quartarly and year end) close.
- Generate and provide accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
- Ensure the adherence of the accounting function's team to Almutlaq's policies and processes.
Provide guidance to the accounting function's team to ensure effective and efficient flow of work.
- Review LCs' transactions (POs, shipments tracking, costing, supplier payments, LSPs payments, cost variances closing).
- Manage VAT return report monthly, and prepare all related reports in details.
- Coordinate with operational Excellence management in developing policies and procedures of Finance management.
- Participate in ERP system's (Oracle Financials) implementation process.
- Participate in budgeting processes and preparation of periodic financial reports and analysis.
- Review Almutlaq's compliance with SOCPA and IFRS.

- Prepare and monitoring of cash flow forecasting and cash projection.
- Preparation of Bank reconciliations for all company's Bank accounts.
- Supervises all showrooms cashiers.
- Following up Daily cash collections of stores.
- Following up all bank claims.
- Manage of refinancing and long term loans.
- Following up L/Cs (opening, amendments, closing and outstanding balances).
- Coordinate with other financial functions.

- Recording of daily transactions required for holding management level based on accounting principles.
- Review monthly payroll in coordination with HR function.
L/Cs management:
a) Verification of terms.
b) Following up all processes and transactions related to L/Cs .
c) Recording of shipment orders' costing.
- Recording transactions related to Customers refund process.
- Recording recurring and accruals entries.
- Fixed assets additions and updates (amendments, disposals and assets transfer between functions).
