Being responsible for effective curriculum delivery, the achievement of departmental goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of targets and benchmarks. I play a key role in the development of a positive work environment - one that is innovative and responsive to student needs. I think of myself as a careful steward of institution assets and an effective manager of daily academic affairs at the English Language Centre at Taif University in Saudi Arabia. I work closely with the leadership team to achieve the ELC vision and mission.
In my Master's course, I trained for advanced understanding and skills in curriculum and instruction, technology integration and educational leadership with a specific understanding of the impact of technology on modern education inside the latest research in learning theories, educational technology and instructional design principles. I developed practical skills on how educational tools should be designed, created and delivered to any learning group, from grade school students to adult employees across all industry sectors.
