Ensure better quality standards of the works by consistent monitoring of the process and proper production sequence. Ensure that our work is in compliance with the Quality System and FAST Quality Assurance & Control plan. Liaise with the main contractor representative. Carry out phased inspections of preparatory inspections, initial inspections and follow-up inspections as specified. Ensure all Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans are properly implemented. Coordinate and reply to all Non Conformance Reports, report to all engineers person and follow-up for close out. Help to maintain and issue inspection records. Assist in the verification that contract close out documentation is prepared as necessary. Check the works in the area of responsibility for compliance with the specifications. Prepare Inspection Requests and wait for the respond of the main CM, in order to be approved and closed.

- Supervise architectural works as build department.

- Review project specifications, construction drawings and some technical clarifications.

- Handle survey's, inspection of work RIW project data archive.

- To liaise with Site Engineers, Consultants, main contractor, and Architects project managers.

My main aim is to streamline the company and I am currently part of a team that is responsible for achieving the ISO 1998-2001 certificate. Responsible for organizing and preparing a Culture Budget for the company including company events, PR and media, employee training courses, quarterly bulletins, scholarships and recruitment.

My current projects involve finalizing the HR Policy Manual as well as the Internship Program Manual.
