Olayan Real Estate Management is a subsidiary of Olayan Financing Company Providing the Real Estate Development/Management to Olayan Group Properties inside the Kingdom.
As a Project Engineer/Senior Electrical Engineer my Responsibilities oversee the Project from start to end including Project budgeting, Contracts, raising RFP to Consultants and Contractors and also review consultants electrical design efforts for properties and ensure that all drawing submittals are in line with Olayan’ s requirements and design quality standards and guidelines across the various stages of the design process.

Coordinate with the concerned SEC division subcontractors & vendors, attend meetings. Managing and reviewing the Design drawings, single line diagram and general layout. Review & process all material submittals and samples for compliance to the Project specification and all action necessary to complete project on specified time.

Duties:
Managing projects from conception, pre-production through to completion.
Providing technical support to the project team
Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts.
Ensure quality execution as per the design standards.
Responsible for the completion of all documentation.
Producing Test Plans and reports.
Prepare contract documentation for procurement services and materials.
Coordinate with the concerned SEC division subcontractors & vendors
Attend the meeting with the client on behalf of the Project Manager and communicate the Project Manager’s pre-decided opinions during the meeting.
Perform daily discussion with the client representatives, suppliers and the design consultants.
Coordinate between the manufacturers and suppliers and design consultants.
Consult with the Project Manager regarding the client’s requirements.
Prepare the correspondence related to the scope of work
Initiates to collect the material according to the design specifications and drawings of the project.
Prepare purchase requests according to the drawings, technical specs. and contract conditions. Coordinate between the project design engineers and client engineers.
Coordinate between the main project office & inform the site for any client requests approved by Project Manager.
Prepare the project requirements (materials, manpower, and equipment) and submit technical advice regarding that after consulting with the Project Manager and Site Manager.
Attend the meeting with all parties
• Design and review of Electrical Work related in Building Construction
• Preparation of Electrical design drawings / layouts cabling, Load calculations, Single Line Diagrams,
• Schematics, Switchgear Panels, Lighting Lux etc.
• To ensures that all aspects of technology are in full working order for their clients program.
• Approval of shop Drawings
• Arrangement of meetings with the Client
• Schedule preparation
• Ensures that hardware and software for all sites supporting their program are up to client
• Attends client meetings and presents for technology
• Co-ordination with different companies for their product technical details and pricing
Worked as a Planning and Designing Engineer closely with architects, mechanical engineers and, engineering technicians and IT staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Also responsible for estimating material and labor costs, and project time scales.
