Construction of Residential and commercial apartments
• Monitoring in various construction projects Such as structural, infrastructures and architectural activities as like Block/Brick masonry and plastering works. Painting works, epoxy work, thermal Insulation works. Floor finishing works for offices, lift, lobby, plant rooms & corridors. Ceramic tiles work for offices and wet areas. Lime stone and marble cladding work for internal decoration & external walls. Installation of back painted glass, Aluminum/UPVC frame and windows. Skylight works, Normal/Fire rated steel and wooden doors installation work. Gypsum board wall partition works for rooms with suspended ceiling & acoustics tiles ceiling works. To monitor daily ongoing site activities. Perform inspection of the in-process activities completed work approved drawings, materials, and specifications. Ensure accuracy and compliance of payment certificate for subcontractors and suppliers by comparing them with contract rates, terms and conditions.

Independently handled & completed Residential apartment comprising of 45 flats ( i: e Stilt + 9 floors)
• Responsible for all finishing activities such as Masonry work & plastering, scree ding, waterproofing, ceiling, painting, tiling, marble works, and landscaping. Carry out the specified inspection/test in accordance with relevant inspection/test plans. Overall supervision and coordination of General areas. Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved method statements. Follow-up with contractor efficient usage of materials to minimize wastage and supervise materials storage area. To co-ordinate and monitor with contractors for their daily construction activities and their obligations and liaison with sub contractors. To co-ordinate and prepare weekly and daily target schedules for all types of activities. To check the quality of all the materials received on-site and prepare quality reports. Review requirements of the specification and relevant standards and ensure understanding and compliance of work done with the specified requirements of the specification and drawings.
