Ministry of Hajj Building is 2 Basements + G. F. + 11 Floors.
Four Offices Buildings each one has 3 Basements + G.F + 16 Floors.
Three Hotel Buildings each one has 3 Basements + G.F + 19 Floors.

P1P1 Civil Works: 13, 087, 274, 440 SR
Position : Senior Civil/ Engineer (WB2 R.E)
Responsibilities
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Serve as a key link with the client.
Ensure smooth inflow, outflow and, processing of all documents/data required for effective control, reporting and recording of all Projects & Construction operations in coordination with DAR policies.
Review and approve the required technical and contractual correspondence with various parties involved in the project management execution.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Safety, quality and specifications are grunted.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.
Report performance (progress, budgets, risks and issues) and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion as per the communication matrix.
Oversee Project Zones, comment on working teams, advice on activities requirements throughout the execution of the project, take the necessary actions to ensure that such requirements are met.
Review and approve/reject daily Requests for Inspections.
Review and approve site instructions and non conformance reports if any.
Conduct coordination meetings in-office as well as on-site between the different trades to ensure that project works are in line with project contract requirements.
Coordinate Technical issues and documents such as and not limited to, safety, quality, specifications, bill of quantity and general/particular contract conditions.
Maintain and ensure that project documents and files are defined and up to date.
Review daily, weekly and monthly progress reports evaluating the actual work performed with the target schedule.

 Consultancy services (Controlling and Monitoring) more than 35 projects.
 Study the Work Breakdown Structures for effective control.
 Validating contractor's baseline time schedules, cash flow and the manpower loaded, advising on corrective actions when necessary.
 Tracking the critical path and its analysis.
 Review monthly reports, tracking the updated time schedule, cash flow, evaluating the actual work performed with the planned schedule.
 Review and advice on actions required for recovery schedules to meet the required completion dates.
 Preparing and attending weekly client progress meetings.
 Co-ordinate with contractors.

The project was consisting of
External Works :
Sewage Pumping Station, Electrical Substation, Irrigation Tank, Water & Fire Tank, Guard House, Fences, Roads and Landscape.
Infrastructure Works
Sanitary Sewage, Storm Drainage, Water Supply, Electrical networks and Communication networks.
Responsibilities:
 Co-ordination with Client/Customer for implementing project planning for construction.
 Developing construction activity planning using Primavera P3.
 Co-ordination with Site-in-charge of the project and monitoring execution according to planning.
 Regular updating of construction progress, cash flow, and the manpower loaded.
 Preparation of monthly invoices for executed jobs.
 Preparation of Project closing reports.
 Preparing and attending regularly progress meetings with the Client, Project Management and Consultant.
 Investigate and inspect the shop drawings prepared by the technical office team.
 Follow up with site engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
 Follow up and expedite all works as per the schedule.
 Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports.
 Prepare and Review monthly payment certificate.
 Follow up of all types of submittals.

The Projects were Consisting of :
Al-Ehsaa City, Al-Jarn village, 149 units in addition to boys school, girls school, Mosque, commercial center, dispensary, rehabilitation building, social building, with total area of 150, 000 m2.
Al-Ehsaa City, Al-Taraf village, 349 unit in addition to boys school, girls school, mosque, commercial center, dispensary, rehabilitation building, social building, with total area of 250, 000 m2.
Jazan City, 384 unit in addition to boys school, girls school, mosque, commercial center, dispensary, rehabilitation building, social building, with total area of 250, 000 m2.
Responsibilities:
 Act as the principal company representative with the client, engineer/consultant and selected subcontractors during the execution of the project.
 Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client key subcontractors.
 Expedite and monitor construction of the projects.
 Advice on the most appropriate work breakdown structure and procurement strategy for the projects.
 Report regularly to the client on the status of the projects and obtain decisions and approvals required.
 Regularly visiting the sites and comment on the projects teams, advice on the statuary requirements, regulatory approvals and notifications required throughout the execution of the projects, take the necessary actions to ensure that such requirements are met.
 Manage and co-ordinate the construction procurement process.
 Study the projects documents, specifications, Bill of quantities, cost estimation price analysis, and cash flow.
 Review and approve sub-contractor’s invoices.
 Review and approve projects reports.
 Review and approve payment certificates.

Plans, schedules, direct and control the progress of construction activities.
Reviews and verifies accuracy and consistency of engineering drawings and specifications and monitors progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Prepares regular reports on progress and requirements for labor, materials, machinery and equipment at the construction site.
Meeting regularly with the Owners, Subcontractors, Client and Consultants to monitor and coordinate all phases of the construction project.
Monitors Subcontractor's work schedule, safety performance and work quality.
Ensures Client's specifications and requirements are implemented according to agree upon deliverer; produces punch lists and coordinate completion of those lists.
Evaluates and determines appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project.
Organizes and attends site meetings on Contractor's and Supplier's quality and performance to ensure adherence to established standards.
Ensures that site comply with current health and safety regulations and Company’s safety policies.
Develops good safety culture by ensuring that all personnel are trained or well briefed (method statements, risk assessments) in the tasks they undertake.

Manage Finance, Man power, Equipments and work execution.
Company representative with SEC.
Supervise Quality Control and Execution of over head lines.
Quality Assurance of Civil/Electrical works, Auger digging, Poles Erection, pouring concrete, wires stringing and tensioning, and transformers installation.
Coordinate scheduling SEC Shut Downs for Transformers Termination.
Planning and arranging daily work schedule for all teams and heavy equipment groups (Auger digging, concreting, stringing, Electrical splicer, and metering groups).
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Review and Submit as built drawings and payment certificates to SEC.
Supervise Quality Control and Execution of Underground Cables Networks as per SEC Standards.
Quality assurance inspection for Civil works, Excavation, sand bedding, laying cables, back-filling, protection tiles, warning tapes, Reinstatement of Surfaces (Asphalt, Tiles, Marble, …. Etc).
Supervise Installation of Sub Stations and Ring main units.
Coordinate scheduling SEC Shut Downs for Cables Jointing and Terminations.
Maintaining daily schedule for all Teams and heavy equipment groups (Excavation, laying Cable, Back-filling, Cable Splicer, Reinstatement, and metering groups).
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Submit as built drawings and payment certificates to SEC.
