• Initiate stage 1 and stage 2 sign off meetings as per bidding protocol and prepares project appreciation and agenda forms.
• Support in high level proposals review/ check(stage 3)
• Post bid follow up support (stage 4).
• Research latest market news (MEED, official gazette, newspaper, websites….etc.) for an up-to-date business intelligence including latest tenders.
• Ensures Deltek is updated with clients meeting notes as well as post-bid analysis results.
• Attend Business Development meetings with clients.
• Assist in updating of the Kuwait Business Plan.
• Assists in developing and updating the annual Business Development Budget.
• Contributes to the update of the monthly BD report (prepared by RD)

• Support the business in implementing efficient brand building and lead generation activities and initiatives and ensure SSH is well positioned within its peers across all markets we operate in.
• Maintain active social media accounts on many platforms (Facebook, Instagram, twitter, LinkedIn) to help build the brand across the region.
• Support the marketing department and the PR team with coordinating PR campaigns with top media platforms in the industry such as top magazines, conferences and events including social media.
• Coordinate the participation of the company in top events with different stakeholders across SSH and organizers and make sure checklist is implemented properly
• Ensure marketing collateral is available across our offices in Kuwait and the region and follow up on the team’s requirements
• Update client list with major leads following different events and meetings

• Maintain good working schedules for office employees
• Problem solving and complains issue solving within customers
• Update storefront and follow up with sales.
• Order stock for store.

• Give training for new office employees.
• Scheduling meetings and company events.
• Maintain a strong working team, and good environment for workers.
