- Ensure the timely efficient and coordinated execution the O&M function on sites in accordance with contract documents and GACA requirements.
- Coordinate with Airport Directors or the person in charge and with air Traffic control personnel at the site.
- Coordinate with GACA Headquarters staff.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of the airport, safety of passenger, aircraft and contractor’s personnel takes the top priority.
- Ensure that air Traffic is not interrupted because of O&M function at the Airport.
- Take steps of facilitate procession and movement of air travelers.
- Cooperate with GACA inspection staff and facilitate them in their work.
- Ensure that the preventive maintenance plan for the airport facilitiesapply on time.
- Direct, supervises and monitors the section personnel and engineers of group I Airports.
- Responsible for all aspects of the company financial and managerial function pertaining to client contract.
- Follow up monthly payment document with GACA financial management.
- Ensures that the pavement are safe for the Air traffic.
-Ensure that the preventive & Corrective maintenance of the pavements is carried out.
-Ensure that the NOTAMS are issued when maintenance (Preventive or Corrective) is carried out.
-Inspects the new pavements or upgrade pavements and prepares the deficiency list.
-Evaluates the need for crack filing, joint filing, slurry seal, rubberizing or grooving program.
-Other duties as assigned.
-Inspect concrete pouring sites and asphalt paving sites.
-Inspect Factory products as per the quality procedure and specifications.
-Inspect Crusher production as per the quality procedure specification and mix designs.
-Supervise the tests of raw material at laboratory.
-Quality control adjustment over whole work duty sites.
-Supervision of quality in Municipality of Jeddah projects.
-Propose work plans and time plan for projects.
-Prepare areas for plasting and make requests to the competent authorities.
-Meeting with the consultant and coordination with contractors.
-Reporting daily and weekly and monthly.
