To upsurge potential membership sales and to ensure promising renewals of family memberships and that of their friends. Organising the details of each membership and family lineage. Understanding rank of clients and providing finest familiarity and involvement of the club and its facilities. Ensuring the facility is at its finest state and complying with clients’ complaints regarding shortcomings to construct a healthier and improved atmosphere. Establishing procedures at the Customer Service Front Desk and booking recordings and of any and all happenings at the Altitude Health and Recreation Facility.
Mmonitoring sales at store level, generating LPO through store management, getting consumer’s and retail staff’s feedback (positive or negative), monitoring competitors marketing strategies at store level and comparing resulting all in creation of a feedback report including promotions and other activities within store and in the surrounding environment.
Job also incorporated training retail staff by providing product knowledge (Hardware and Software) and managing after sales issues to maintain a lasting relationship with consumers producing an utmost customer service.
