My major responsibilities as an Assistant Professor-HRM are:
-Curriculum development of a diverse array of Human resource management courses, ensuring alignment with international standards.
-Assessment of students' performance and managing learning resources in order to create a supportive learning environment.
-Actively participates in industry advisory committees to establish collaborative relationships with industry professionals and organizations, facilitating internship opportunities, guest lectures, and collaborative research projects.
-Maintain comprehensive course portfolio documents necessary for accreditation process
-Supervise graduate students in their research projects or theses and guide them towards successful completion of theses and publications
-Published several research articles in academic journals, book chapters, and presented papers at reputed international conferences. I am currently working on certain scholarly work targeting top-tier journals
-Associate with renowned journals as a reviewer.
