• Ensure compliance of CBK and NBK for Loans and Credit Cards.
• Control the reconciliation between the scanned documents vs. original
• Analyze and monitor internal processes
• Authorize and monitor the hold placing and release for loans and credit cards against collateral
• Ensure actions are taken to resolve escalated complaints
• Ensure the accurate preparation of different reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure actions are taken to resolve outstanding issues
• Customer service (counter staff) :
• Counter stuff Customer service to help customers in their inquiries for loans & calculate his payments.
• Checking on the customers at the CI-net system if they have any installment.
• make the application for the customer by using Fin one system and get the approval for him.
• Closure of accounts & give clearance for customers.
• Administrative coordinator for online applications :
• Handling inbound, outbound calls and solving customer problems.
• Following up Customer complaints with managements.
• Receive the complain and follow the complain with the customer until we solved
• Make the daily, weekly and monthly Report for internet & call center department .
• Administrative coordinator for online applications
• Receiving all the applications that the customers make it through the website and check all the information related to his case.
• Follow up with cfc branches .
