The System is fundamentally a Tax filing, Processing and Accounting platform for all direct taxes in India. It includes Registration of Taxpayers, Filing of Returns, Accreditation of Partners, Payments, Demand Management, Refund Management and Accounting of Taxes in appropriate accounting ledgers with an Integrated Communication Management System.
Description: The System is fundamentally a Tax filing, Processing and Accounting platform for all direct taxes in India. It includes Registration of Taxpayers, Filing of Returns, Accreditation of Partners, Payments, Demand Management, Refund Management and Accounting of Taxes in appropriate accounting ledgers with an Integrated Communication Management System. Roles and Responsibilities: Role: Release Manager ✓ Involved in defining the Release management process ✓ Review the release notes and gating for release requests. ✓ Adhere deployment windows agreed ✓ Maintain Release Tracker ✓ Upfront communicate the planned downtimes for environments ✓ Gamification & Resource management. ✓ Ensuring the stability of the system. Role: Config Manager ✓ Defining the configuration process ✓ Implementation of configuration workflow ✓ Approving the config process for different Config Items ✓ Involve in auditing of the process ✓ Coordination with different tracks of the project Role: Change request Manager ✓ Defining the change request process ✓ Conducting CAB meeting which involves BA team, ITD officials, Development team, Architects, Scrum masters for approve /reject the CR. ✓ Maintaining the CR Tracker. ✓ Providing the CR manager Approval before development. ✓ Taking up the developed functionality as part of release Management. Role: Devops Manager ✓ Involved in upgradation of various tools and licenses ✓ Play vital role in technical decision making on any tools /deployments ✓ Maintenance of Pods and clusters ✓ Dynatrace monitoring and maintaining maven scripts and shell scripts for safe build and deployments. ✓ Delivery of deployments with safe builds across various teams supporting SCM request, maintaining code stability using CI methodologies and troubleshooting discussion and decision making ✓ Procuring the services from vendors
