Aziziya with 10 underground stations:
Ras Bu Abboud, National Museum, Souq Waqif, Bin Mahmoud, Al Sadd,
Joaan, Al Sudan, Al Waab, Sport City and Al Aziziyah
Scope of works and achievements:
• Managing of Architectural fit out works in all 10 stations achieving high quality
of workmanship using approved materials for all public areas (front of house)
and service areas (back of house).
• Achieving and monitoring the successful execution of the project actions and
activities within certain deadlines with PMC and PCS team.
• Monitoring and coordination between different contractors, subcontractors and
with other project partners
• Reporting to the Client representative and stakeholders.
Project Manager - Hilton Panorama Hotel
• Panorama Residence and Suites, Abraj Quartier - AQ 07 is a multiuse
complex comprising luxury serviced hotel apartments, townhouses, signature
restaurants, cafes, modern amenities and all other related services at The
Pearl- Qatar(Plot AQ-07) operated by Hilton World Wide. The 42 floors tower
and its 5 floor parking podium have a built-up area of approximately 103, 195
m². The tower consists of 363 apartment suites located from the 6th to the
38th floor of various sizes ranging from studios to 2 bedrooms apartments.
The plot also consists of 2 Townhouses blocks with a total built up area of
around 12, 594 m2. The townhouses have 51 Apartments ranging from I
bedroom to 3 bedrooms.
The first 5 floors of the tower consist of public areas and BOH areas such as
gym and food & beverages to serve the residents and their guests. In
addition to this there is a large swimming pool located on the 5th floor of the
Podium block. The apartment suites will comply with high class Hilton
worldwide finishes standards
Scope of works and achievements:
• Managing PMC and PCS team responsible for the successful execution of the
project
• Organizing and monitoring coordination between contractors and other project
partners
• Reports to the Client representative and stakeholders.
• Advisor to the Client with regards to the building project, its progress, quality,
contractual & legal aspect and financial matters.
• Leads and ensure all work groups are properly guided, in close cooperation
with the Client, in assembling and controlling the required resources to start
and sustain the work efficiency and productivity.
• The complete array of interactions of the PM/CM with contractors and with
Client’s team.
• Acts as client representative in discussion with local and statutory authorities.
• Solving many problems for items not only of a technical nature but also when it
refers to quality and contractual matters such as claims, variations, delay
resolution, etc. Liaises with other project partners to achieve the best solution
for the Project and Client.
• Ensures production of monthly reports and other documents for timely
forwarding to Client.

all times, and a quick reaction to maintenance requirements from tenants and
staff.
• Technical and manual maintenance to the several components in and around
the compound, including: maintenance to: electrical & mechanical components;
ELV; air -conditioning & ventilation; structural & finishes; hard and soft
landscaping; furniture & fittings; appliances; mechanical and electrical
equipment; road works and infrastructure; power failures; sewage treatment
plant; sewage depots; water reservoirs; external and internal upkeep of the
residences; public areas; public furniture; street lighting etc;
• Providing overall management and administration of the Department, including
managing the Maintenance budget and maintaining appropriate records and
making available information as required by senior management;
• To ensure that the compound meets safety, appearance, and operational
standards established;
• To ensure round the clock (twenty four hours, seven days a week) availability
of a maintenance team to attend to any maintenance and safety calls by the
occupants or the employees of the company;
• To organise teams of maintenance crew and a shift rotation schedule for the
manning of the maintenance department on a 24x7 routine;
• To compile and procure a list of machinery, tools & equipment for the efficient
implementation of any kind of maintenance to the various structural,
mechanical and electrical and any other components on site
• To ensure that a fully equipped workshop is maintained with the necessary
tools and equipment as well as the necessary spare parts for any prompty
maintenance.
• To ensure that the maintenance team are well versed in the use of the
equipment, tools and machinery and are sufficiently trained to provide the
necessary maintenance in an emergency or otherwise:
• To ensure that all the tools, equipment and machinery is properly and
sufficiently maintained throughout;
• To update and keep accurate records of all tools, equipment, machinery and
spare parts for quality and stock control purposes;
• To ensure that staff wear the appropriate safety gear whilst on call or otherwise
carrying out routine maintenance and to be trained in the case of emergency
evacuation;

• Efficient planning of all activities within the Engineering SubDepartments
• Responsible for the control of consumption of Commercial Centre; chillers, air
