Participated the process to develop the concept and design of complex mechanical engineering products, always ensuring the tasks at hand delivered superior performance, optimal cost and quality standards. These included but not limited to various types of decks, conveyors, dollies, converting it to mechanical drawings and files for fabrications using Solid Works and AutoCAD

Determined manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand for Airports and baggage areas and in doing so, developed a sound knowledge in shop floor processes such as sheet metal punching, laser cutting, preparation of shop drawings, selecting and procuring proper steel types and designs according to load conditions
Communicated technical information to customers, team members, suppliers and other departments in a concise and accurate manner, including airport customer visits to ensure project completion in a timely manner
Created and maintained engineering research and design documentation along with accurate and complete operating and user manu als of all related work-tasks
Supported development of processes and procedures for manufacturing, verification, and assisted with the commissioning of tool designs, always ensuring best available pricing strategies were implemented.
My responsibilities include detailed study of technical specifications in tender documents, conducting design review meetings in various development stages, preparation of BOM, issuing and revising engineering drawings for production and fabrication, Modelling of products and converting it to mechanical/fabrication drawings.
