• Analyse the maintenance procedures and the Asset Management System proposed by the FM Hard and BACS subcontractors.
• Set up the procedures and devices with inner partners (Maintenance, Operations and Customer Experience bunches) to screen the work performed by the contractual workers against KPR.
• Ensure that the FM Hard and BACS administrations subcontractors give all necessary documentation (Organisation, Safety, Maintenance plan, Staffing plan, and Training plan) fortuitously and that they hold fast to it.
